We can confirm this issue was resolved on the 30th September. The engineering team have continued to monitor and are working on ensuring this doesn't occur again.

We have had confirmation from engineering that all services have been restored. We are now in a monitoring phase to ensure stability and will continue to watch for any further issues.

iPlato toolbar issues

We have had confirmation that the issue with the iPlato toolbar, including users being unable to open the toolbar, performance issues and problems sending messages has all been resolved. Please ensure all users close and reopen their toolbar.
