We can confirm this issue has been resolved and the services are back online including Connect, messaging, toolbar and selfbook. The engineering team are currently conducting a full review of the cause of the issue to ensure it doesn't happen again.
If you are still having issues accessing please log out and log back in again or close and reopen the toolbar.
